Hotel Terms and Conditions

​

  • The hotel check-in time and check-out time will be as per hotel policy

  • For arrivals at the hotel before C/In hours, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.

  • For Early check-in or late check-out, a request may be made to the hotel and is subject to availability.

  • Mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passport and valid visa at the time of arrival.

  • Mandatory for any Indian to carry valid identity proof to produce at the time of arrival.

  •  02 Bottles of packaged drinking water per day.

  •  Children below 6 years of age sharing with parents would be complimentary on room only basis.

 

Other Terms & Conditions:

  • The client is liable for any damage caused to Using property or equipment by the client or the client’s guest visiting them.

  • No prohibited articles, flammable articles, or commercial goods are allowed to be stored inside the room.

  • No unlawful behavior is permitted.

  • Cooking or any ignition is not allowed in the room.

  • Management rights: The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without any previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In default, the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by him or her - with a three-member committee in attendance - and lock the room or rent the room to another guest. This will only happen if the person(s) occupying the room(s) are disturbing the peace or/and safety of the hotel / personal or other hotel guests.

  • Guests may not move furnishings or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management. If any malfunction is discovered during your stay, please report this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.

  • The rooms cannot be used by more persons than originally booked, if more persons are admitted they will be charged accordingly.

  • If the guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel can help with the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest's expense.

  • The use of WIFI is Complimentary where we have WIFI but in specified locations.

Online reservation is recommended. It is the fastest & safest way for the following reasons:

All reservation inquiry will be replied within 2 working days.

Amend of reservation:​

  • One night charge applies for amendment made within 2 days prior to arrival.

  • One night charge applies for amendment made within 7 days prior to arrival only during peak and New Year Period.

  • Reservation can be changed with prior notice

  • Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability

Guarantee

  • A refundable deposit of 1 night will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. Rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.

  • Accepted credit cards : Visa, Master Card. we will confidentially use the information for further processing.

Check-in and Check Out

  • check-in time is 12:00 noon

  • Check-out is at 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room in advance.

  • Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 15:00 hrs is 50% from the room rate and Check-out after 18:00 hrs is considered as one night stay.

Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure

  • One night charge applies for cancellation within 2 days prior to arrival.

  • If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no show), the first night will be charged

  • For any cancellation made before hotel cancellation policy, resort will refund your deposit. If deposit charged to credit card, refund will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. Refund will take approximately 30 working days.

  • Please Note: In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will charge full payment - 100

Children Policy

  • Children age is from 6 – 12 years old.

  • Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one, unless otherwise specified.
